Our diving instructor Heinz TOPERCZER was the focus of a ceremony at the BOOT in Düsseldorf on Saturday, January 29th, 2011 at 1:30 p.m.

The EOBV Executive Committee took part in the award ceremony and was able to congratulate the lucky winner in the macro photography category on site. Heinz showed a seahorse in the Mediterranean Sea so skilfully that even the expert jury couldn’t help but be amazed.

Dear Heinz, we are very proud of you and would like to congratulate you again on this way.
