EOBV NITROX Instructor Seminar

New EOBV NITROX Instructor

On January 29, 2017, the NITROX Instructor Seminar of the EOBV took place in Maishofen, in which 5 EOBV diving instructors took part. The basics of mixed gas diving training were queried, consolidated and expanded. The focus was on raising awareness in relation to diving safety, oxygen poisoning and calculation of dives, the CNS, OTU, etc.. Since the NITROX user course (NITROX basic course) at the EOBV not only entitles the diver to do so with NOAA I and NOAA II but diving with a NITROX mixture of up to 50%, it is evident how important it is that our diving instructors have in-depth knowledge and skills in order to be able to teach the diving student how to use NITROX safely and to be able to explain it correctly.

We congratulate our diving instructors on passing the exam.
